We found close to the site some beautiful bricks and stone buildings with sinuous bow windows. Those XIX century edifices inspired us with that kind of façade articulation. Cladding is anyway composed of perforated steel vertical elements that, thanks to their dimensions (250×30 cm) and orientation, prevent from vis-à-vis. Sliding shutters allow to completely darken the apartments. In order to make the rooms work better we clearly separated functional from living spaces, bow windows helps north orientated cellules to gain east or west light. The interior design is conceived as a boat cabin with two equipped walls that can organize all the living facilities.
